About Us
The Crescent Bioinformatics Association is a forum functioning for and by students who are interested in Computational and Quantitative Biology. We aim to foster the interest among students in Bioinformatics – an emerging multidisciplinary field that encompasses biology, computer science, mathematics and physical science. We seek to promote discussion and collaboration and facilitate access to learning resources and internship opportunities which increase their job prospects and research opportunities. Club meetings, events, activities and competitions are held frequently to socialize and develop relevant skill sets among students.

Guest lectures, Presentations and Workshops on bioinformatic niches to get updated on the latest research and develop the necessary skillset in the field.
